China has signed an agreement with the two nations to build this road.

China's proposal to construct such a friendly bridge in Votekoshi was forwarded through foreign affairs to the infrastructure ministry. The Rasuwa-Kerung Mitiri bridge between Nepal and China, which was destroyed by floods from Tibet last week of Asar 2082, will be built by China. Through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, China has submitted a proposal to the Ministry of Infrastructure Development for this purpose.
The Ministry of Infrastructure Development's CDE, Amit Shrestha, reported that China has proposed a project implementation agreement for the construction of a permanent bridge in Rasua-Kerung Mitiri. After reviewing this proposal, he informed Nepal Khabar, "It appears that some improvements need to be made," and "The opinion of the Ministry of Law has been taken." The matter has been reported to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Finance. ’

He claims that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Finance have been requested to improve the proposal for the project implementation agreement, including changing the name of the bridge and where it is located. The Chinese Government will provide both financial and technical support for the construction of the Rasua-Kerung Mitiri Bridge. Since the project implementation agreement proposal is now available, the nature of the bridge can only be determined after the design is approved.

With China's technical and financial support, a temporary bridge known as the "Bellybridge" was built to connect the Rasua-Kerung Naka, which was blocked by flooding. Bellebridge has been in operation since the last push. How is the road from Galchi to Trishuli, Mailung, Safrubesi, and Rasuwagadhi? The Galchi-Trishuli-Mailung-Syafrueshi-Rasuwagadhi road section connecting the Nepal-China border block is 81 kilometers.

Galchi-Trishuli-Mailung (46 km), Mailung-Safreweshi (19 km), and Safreweshi-Rasuwagadhi (16 km) are the three upgraded segments of the road. Black sheeting covers the 39-kilometer road section of the Galchi-Trishuli-Mailung section. However, the 7-kilometer Batar-Bidur section has not been blacked out. Four lanes were intended to be used to construct this section. Because it was unable to clear the side to widen the road in accordance with the design, this section has not been blacksheeted.

According to Engineer Kumar Parajuli of the Galchhi-Trishuli-Mailung-Safruvesi-Rasuwagadhi road plan, work is currently being done to remove houses, stocks, and compensation. "Many houses had to be removed because there is a market area; it took time." The final stage of compensation and compensation work is here. Black sheeting will begin after this concludes," Parajuli stated. At the moment, the Bailey Bridge is in place. Rassus, photo. At the moment, the Bailey Bridge is in place. Rassus, photo. The 19-kilometer Mailung-Safrueshi section is the next section. The Nepali Army began working on the track in 2072 Baishakh and opened it in 2075 Jestha 6. After the track opened in 2076, a contract was made to expand and upgrade the section.

As a result of the construction businessman's absence, the plan broke the contract. Now, Parajuli informed them that he was finishing up all the steps and submitting the contracts. A new contract has been authorized by the Purchase Guru Scheme. The cost plan hasn't been approved yet. He stated, "Bidding will be called as soon as it is approved." Grabel Road can be found in this section because the tracks are only open. The first one also has a problem in some places. During the winter, transportation will operate without incident.

A rain-induced landslide, on the other hand, will obstruct traffic. With assistance from the Chinese government, a 16-kilometer section of the Safrubesi-Rasuwagadhi track has been opened. China has signed an agreement with the two nations to build this road. Two nations' officials met in 2019 to sign a project implementation agreement to improve the Chinese government's grants. After the COVID-19 pandemic, the upgrades to the agreement between China and the US were delayed. For nearly a year and a half, upgrades have been initiated by the Chinese company Xichang Chianlu.

The Chinese government chose this company to improve the Safrueshi-Rasuwagadhi road. The contract value is approximately 6 billion rupees. "For the past one and a half years, the Chinese team has been working in this sector. The decision regarding the government's supposed tax exemption and the stone gitti needed for the project caused it to be delayed. It has been decided now," Parajuli said, work is being done in other places other than Langtang National Park.  ’

The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and the Environment has received a proposal to chop down trees in the park area. However, the ministry has not given its approval. He claimed that the construction entrepreneur informed him that there would be 10% physical progress in this section up until Asar Masanta. The Safruvesi-Rasuwagadhi section's 5-kilometer road was cut off by the flood of Ashar. In three similar locations, there is a significant landslide. The flood washed away Mitiri Bridge. Before the flood destroyed the roads and bridges, hundreds of cargo vans used to arrive in Nepal every day and head toward China.

The amount of goods transported has significantly decreased as a result of the road's geographical condition and the use of temporary bridges with low weight capacities. According to Rajendra Dhungana, chief of customs, only 10 to 15 freight vehicles will pass through this blockade each day. He explained that because of the narrow roads, the number of tourists traveling to Mansarovar is now passing fewer freight vehicles. Despite the Rasuwagadhi blockade, 70% of business between Nepal and China was conducted before the flood. Following the devastating 2072 earthquake, the temperature blockade between Nepal and China was lifted, and the Rasuwagadhi-Kerung block became a significant business blockade. China has started the project to build a permanent nature bridge between Rasuwagadi and Kerung because of this.
