She survived brain surgery 9,500 years ago.  A skull of a young woman who underwent brain surgery was found in Turkey's Aşıklı Höyük during the excavations conducted in 1989.  What was discovered left the entire medical and archaeological world stunned. During the excavations of Aşıklı Höyük, the skull of a 25-year-old woman was found, and a surgical procedure that can be called "an operation" was performed on her skull.  Investigations at Hacettepe University confirmed that the skull was purposely drilled with utmost care, using obsidian drills. The skull was found at Aşıklı Höyük, a settlement mound in the Cappadocia region near Aksaray, Turkey, a site now recognized as the first known village in all of Central Anatolia. You might expect the solar system's outermost reaches to be frozen. Particles, on the other hand, reached temperatures of up to 90,000 degrees Fahrenheit when NASA's Voyager spacecraft passed through a region at the outer edge of the solar system. The region is sometimes called a “wall of fire,” but it is not a solid wall.  It is close to the heliopause, where the solar wind, a stream of charged particles from the Sun, meets interstellar space particles.
