The nutritious food of the future comes from which many people hate?

In 2016, scientists discovered interesting facts about a particular type of chain found in the Pacific Ocean region.  This species named Pacific beetle cockroach doesn't lay eggs like normal chain, rather falls in rare worms that give birth to live babies.

During the research, the fact that the species feeding their children with milk-like liquid.  It is said that the liquid substance reaches inside the child's stomach and turns into a protein-rich crystal.

Scientists say that these protein crystals are very good for you. According to preliminary research, it may contain approximately four times as much protein as cow's milk and approximately three times as much energy as buffalo milk. Research indicates that it contains essential fats, sugar and nine essential amino acids.  Also, there is a possibility of continuous energy available to the body for a long time as it is slow digestion.

Although scientists have not planned to produce "chain milk" professionally by following chains.  Investigation is being underway on the possibility of reproducing these proteins in the lab using biotechnology instead. Researchers expect these nutritional proteins to be produced in a safe environment through yeast or bacteria by studying its genetic structure.

It is anticipated that this technology will contribute to the solution of the global malnutrition and food shortage issues if it is able to be safely and successfully incorporated into professional production in the future. Although this technology is still in the investigation phase and is unlikely to be available in the market in the near future.  Therefore, it is no longer considered a "superfood" suitable for human consumption. This scientific mystery once hidden within a small insect that many people hate has seen to open doors to new possibilities for future food security.
