They don't have family, no society, no country.

An innocent sick dog is tied with a rope.  Can be packed in a sack.  And will take you to the place alone.  Well, he will be rescued, but it is too late.  If you cannot bear the pain, he passes away tragically.
 But how many were speaking on behalf of the victim child in this incident?  How many were there to find a person who committed such a crime? 

 Anyone look out for that criminal?  Did you take action?  Didn't.  Why?  Because he was a human and the victim is a dog.
 Now, what will be done if a dog barks at a man?  What will be done if he blinks or bites?  This event is made sensational.  And the innocent dogs will be chased away.  Will beat, will be killed.  Does anyone speak while chasing a dog and beating?  Doesn't speak.  Why?  Because humans think it's a dog, what if they die?

 Poor guy, they are lonely, innocent.  They don't have family, no society, no country.  There is no law to stand by oneself; there is no court of our own.
 If they had their own court, many faces seen in our society would have been impressed by criminals.  These criminals should have been put in jail.  Had to spend life eating half a stomach within four walls.
 But these dogs don't have their own court.

As stated previously, the dog biting cannot be cured here. Rabies-infected dog bites can be fatal if not vaccinated on time.  Because of this, these dogs require proper management.
