What had happened in Brazil that changed the law of the country?  And a strict law was made against animal cruelty?

 This story begins with a pit bull dog named Sansao.  This dog will be killed by extreme torture.  On social media, this incident is sensational. The incident of torturing the said dog makes the public sad and outraged.  There is a voice against animal cruelty across the country.  Finally, the country's government is compelled to enact stringent animal welfare regulations. This law is called 'Sansao Law'.  This interim court has recognized dogs and cats as emotional creatures, not property.  They will be sentenced to five years in prison for causing harm, injuries, and hurt.

 Isn't there a strict law against animal cruelty in our country, like in Brazil?  In Brazil, the country's rule has changed because of the same dog.  A strict law was made on animal cruelty.  Why are the eyes of the law closed despite having such heinous violence against animals every day?  Why are the police administration's ears closed?  Why is the government's mouth shut?

As stated previously, the dog biting cannot be cured here. Rabies-infected dog bites can be fatal if not vaccinated on time.  Because of this, these dogs require proper management.
