An elderly Russian man.

In 2010, a photograph captured the image of an elderly Russian man clutching his military uniform on his deathbed.  This man was a Soviet soldier and a World War II veteran.

 His uniform is adorned with various medals, commemorating past events in which he participated and to which he contributed.  Among them are the Order of Glory, 3rd Class, the Order of the Red Star, and the Order of the Patriotic War.  He likely received the Order of the Patriotic War in 1975, as it was awarded to other veterans of World War II.  He also proudly wears two medals recognizing valor or merit in combat.

 The presence of three stars on the shoulders of his uniform indicates that he held the rank of colonel, suggesting a long and distinguished military career.  He died shortly after this photograph was taken…

As stated previously, the dog biting cannot be cured here. Rabies-infected dog bites can be fatal if not vaccinated on time.  Because of this, these dogs require proper management. We should be cautious of aggressive dogs.  A complete rabies vaccine should be given after any dog bite. It doesn't mean all dogs that bite humans are infected with rabies.  A dog that is abused by humans, trapped in a cage, or tied since birth can also be aggressive.  They can bite even if they are injured or sick.  But not all dogs bite.  How did the phrase "dog bite" come to be?
